Interior Decorator — Three.js in the real world

A photoreal-ish room planner: add furniture, drag on the floor, then fine-tune each piece — any color, size, rotation and finish. Hang framed gallery art lit by warm picture lights, repaint walls and floor, toggle a ceiling, swing from day to night, upload a real product photo, and save your room. The building blocks behind furniture configurators and room planners.

Materials are procedurally generated in-browser — wood-plank floor, woven fabric, wood grain — so nothing external loads. Per-item color/size/rotation/finish, room colors and the room layout are all live; Save room persists furniture to localStorage. Uploaded photos become standing items via an alpha-tested PlaneGeometry.
